I’m “over the top” passionate about movement. I believe that ownership & understanding of how the body moves in our 3D world leads to more confidence & more Intentional living.

I specialize in teaching kettlebells, functional training, fundamental exercises & pain management (rehab, corrective exercise).

I am a firm believer in FUN. What somebody finds joy and curiosity in, is where we find sustainability & longevity. Making fitness fun is my highest priority. Making movement/activity a part of someone’s lifestyle is a long term relationship. This requires an open mind, constant & consistent learning, and a commitment to being a better you.

Improve strength, speed, power, balance and agility using many modalities of functional training.

Rehab & Corrective Exercise

Rehabilitate an injury, or Identify and address the imbalances causing poor posture, stability, mobility issues, and injuries.

Fundamental Exercise

Learn how to use exercise to overload, progress and adapt your bodies fundamental performance systems.

In-Person & Virtual One on One Sessions

I’m here to be your support. I’m here to check in with you & keep you accountable to your goals. I’m here to talk to, even if it’s just someone to listen without judgement. I’m grateful to work with the people who come into my life. We always grow. We always have fun. We always build a unique relationship.

  • Session to session is $300 per/hr
  • Package of 5 sessions $1000 ($200/hr)
  • Package of 10 sessions $1500 ($150/hr)
